Management Trainee Program

Role Description This full-time, on-site Management Trainee Program role at Viction.id (Branch Sona Topas) is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Management Trainee will rotate across key departments to learn core business operations, shadow managers, and support daily activities such as planning, coordination, and reporting. Responsibilities include assisting with program and project execution, preparing performance and sales reports, analyzing operational data, and supporting process improvements. The role also involves participating in training sessions, delivering presentations, engaging with customers to understand needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management abilities, including coordinating activities, tracking progress, and supporting project implementation.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and contribute to performance and process improvement initiatives.
• Effective Communication skills for clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams, managers, and customers.
• Experience or interest in Training, including participating in development programs and assisting with knowledge sharing or presentations.
• Customer Service orientation, with the ability to respond to inquiries, handle feedback professionally, and support a positive client experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (or final-year student close to graduation).
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a high level of discipline, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort working with data and reports.
• Demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving skills, and integrity in handling responsibilities.
