Role Description The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Participants will rotate through key business functions, assist in planning and executing programs, and contribute to daily operational activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market and business data, preparing reports, supporting client service initiatives, and participating in meetings with internal teams and customers. Management Trainees will also join training sessions to develop financial knowledge, sales skills, and professional communication, while supporting senior staff on projects and learning to manage small initiatives. The role is designed to build a strong foundation in finance, operations, and customer engagement, with clear pathways for career progression.
