Our Management Trainee Program is a dynamic 20-month initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders at HABIB Group. This program offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in our business unit, Ar-Rahnu Express (AREX), where you will explore the fundamentals of microfinancing and contribute to our corporate goals for future success.

As a participant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience through job rotations across various AREX departments and branches. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• At least bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.00 in Finance/Accounting, Islamic Banking, Business Administration, Financial Economy and relevant courses
• Fresh graduates with no more than 1 year of work experience
• Eager to learn new skills and knowledge and enhance leadership capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal)
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software will be an added advantage
