Role Description

The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based at PT. Victory International (Branch Satrio Tower) in Jakarta, Indonesia. The trainee will rotate across key business functions to learn how trading services, client support, and branch operations are managed in a regulated financial environment. Daily responsibilities include supporting program and project activities, assisting with client communications, and participating in training sessions related to forex, indices, commodities, and CFD products. The role involves analyzing market information and internal performance data, preparing basic reports, and contributing to service improvement initiatives. Management Trainees will collaborate with senior staff, attend mentoring and education programs, and gradually assume more responsibility as they progress through the program.
