Role Description The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based in South Jakarta. Participants will rotate across key business functions, supporting program planning, execution, and evaluation for trading education initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the design and delivery of training content, gathering and analyzing performance data, and contributing to learner support and customer-focused activities. Management Trainees will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare reports and presentations, and help improve operational processes. The role is designed to build foundational skills in education program management, communication, and stakeholder engagement, with structured mentorship and regular feedback.

• Candidates should possess strong program management skills, including organizing initiatives, coordinating timelines, and supporting cross-functional projects.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret data, track program performance, and provide insights for improvement.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with learners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess training-related skills, such as assisting in curriculum development, delivering sessions, and supporting learning activities.
• Candidates should possess customer service skills to respond to inquiries, support learners, and maintain a positive user experience.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business, Management, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Additional beneficial qualities include interest in trading and digital education, proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations), attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
