The Opportunity

This is a hands-on development role for high-potential graduates and early-career professionals who want to grow into business and regional leadership.

You will work closely with company and regional leaders, beginning with a designated portfolio of homes. You will learn how customer experience, property quality, operating costs, and revenue connect—and progressively take ownership of the decisions that improve them.

You will spend time both at properties and in the office. Property visits will give you firsthand insight into customer needs and operational challenges; analysis and process improvement will help you turn those insights into better systems.

What You’ll Own and Learn

• Property quality and customer experience: Inspect homes, identify service gaps, and coordinate improvements that make the resident experience more reliable.
• Operational execution: Coordinate property launches, move-in preparation, turnovers, repairs, and vendors, following work through to completion.
• Business performance: Analyze guest feedback, property ratings, operating costs, and revenue trends to recommend practical improvements.
• Homeowner relationships: Help communicate property performance, maintenance needs, and the value Month2Month delivers.
• AI and process innovation: Identify repetitive work, test AI-enabled tools, and help build more efficient workflows with our technology and operations teams.
• Scalable systems: Turn successful practices into clear standards, checklists, and processes that can support expansion into additional markets.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local property visits.

Experience with spreadsheets, data analysis, AI tools, customer service, or operations is a plus. Prior property management experience is not required.

What Success Looks Like

You improve the quality and consistency of your assigned homes, resolve issues with reliable follow-through, and use data to identify opportunities. Over time, you move from executing established processes to improving them—and from supporting a portfolio to taking ownership of its performance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000 annually.
• Performance incentives based on company policy.
• Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel.
• Benefits, training, and leadership mentorship.
• OPT candidates are welcome. H-1B sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
