Role Description The Management Trainee Program (Jakarta Area) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Trainees will participate in structured training on financial markets, trading concepts, and investment products, while learning company processes and compliance standards. Day-to-day activities include attending workshops, supporting senior team members with market analysis, preparing basic reports or presentations, and assisting in client education initiatives. Trainees will be expected to follow a learning roadmap, complete assignments, and actively contribute ideas to improve educational content and client engagement. The program is designed to develop future professionals who can grow into analytical, advisory, or operational roles within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with interest in financial markets, trading, and investment.
• Good communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken en_US; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow structured training, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or related field is preferred.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Basic computer literacy, including office productivity tools; familiarity with market analysis tools is a plus.
• Previous exposure to trading, investment communities, or relevant campus activities is beneficial but not required.
