Role Description This full-time, on-site Management Trainee role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Management Trainee will rotate through key business functions to learn about brokerage operations, online trading services, client support, and compliance processes. Daily activities include assisting senior staff with data analysis, preparing reports, supporting client education initiatives, and learning how to communicate market updates and insights. The role also involves participating in internal training, shadowing managers, and contributing to process improvements under supervision. This program is designed to build foundational skills for future leadership roles within the company.

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with interest in financial markets, forex, indices, commodities, and CFDs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information clearly to clients and colleagues.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reports and documentation.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn through structured training, mentoring, and rotational assignments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (final-year students or recent graduates are welcome).
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with online trading platforms or financial technology.
• Integrity, professionalism, and commitment to working within regulated financial industry standards.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English skills are an advantage.
