Role Description The Management Trainee Program (Jakarta) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Participants will rotate through key business functions to learn how Vplus Global Jakarta operates, including exposure to client advisory, market analysis, operations, and business development. Day-to-day tasks involve supporting senior team members, conducting basic market and product research, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting in client-facing activities under supervision. Management Trainees will attend structured training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs to build competencies in trading, investment planning, and financial services operations. The role is designed to prepare individuals for future leadership or specialist positions within the organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and apply concepts in trading, investment planning, and financial markets; strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team and interact professionally with clients.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with digital platforms and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated motivation to build a career in financial services or trading, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta and participate fully in structured training, evaluations, and rotation assignments.
