Role Description The Management Trainee Program is a full-time on-site role based at PT. Victory International Futures, Branch Satrio Tower in Kuningan, Jakarta, Indonesia. Management Trainees will rotate through key departments to learn about online trading operations, client services, risk management, and general business administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, supporting the preparation of client presentations, learning trading platform features, and helping monitor market trends related to forex, indices, commodities, and CFDs. Trainees will participate in internal training, mentoring sessions, and performance reviews designed to build leadership capabilities and technical knowledge in financial services. The program prepares candidates for future supervisory or managerial roles within the company by providing structured guidance, exposure to decision-making processes, and hands-on involvement in operational and strategic tasks.
