As our operations continue to expand, developing new talent is essential to our long-term growth and sustainability. We invite motivated fresh graduates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree to join our 12-month Management Trainee Program.

About the Program

The Management Trainee Programme provides fresh graduates with structured training, practical work experience and exposure to the operations of a large-scale manufacturing organisation. During the programme, trainees will receive:

• Structured on-the-job training
• Guidance and coaching from experienced managers and supervisors
• Practical exposure to relevant departments and business operations
• Opportunities to participate in departmental assignments and improvement projects
• Regular performance reviews and development feedback
• Preparation for a suitable permanent role within the organization

Depending on each candidate’s qualifications, strengths, interests and organizational requirements, trainees may be assigned to areas such as:

• Production and paper manufacturing
• Thermal power plant operations
• Plant maintenance
• Process engineering
• Quality management
• Water treatment
• Warehouse and logistics
• Shipping and logistics
• Human resources and administration
• Management information systems
• Finance and accounts

Final placement will be determined based on the trainee’s educational background, performance, capabilities, career interests and suitability for available positions.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
• CGPA 3.20 and above (or equivalent)
• Candidates with limited working experience are also encouraged to apply
• Willing to learn and develop a career in the manufacturing industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and responsible
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to be based in Banting, Kuala Langat, Selangor
• Willing to work in an operational or plant environment, where applicable
