The HKBAC Management Trainee Programme is a structured 24-month fast-track development programme designed to nurture visionary, agile, and ambitious young talents into future leaders. This programme provides unparalleled exposure to our core business, offering hands-on experience across operations, premium customer service, and strategic support functions.

Through cross-departmental rotations, direct mentorship, and project leadership, trainees will develop the commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and innovative mindset required to drive our transformation journey forward. Upon successful completion, trainees will be considered for impactful roles that align with their strengths and our strategic business needs.

Your Role in Our Transformation:

• Drive Innovation: Participate in and lead business improvement initiatives, bringing fresh perspectives to our operations, customer experience, and digital transformation projects.
• Experience the Core Business: Participate in structured job rotations across assigned departments to gain a holistic view of premium aviation and support daily operations.
• Elevate Service Excellence: Learn and master HKBAC’s service standards, safety requirements and operational procedures, while identifying ways to modernize and enhance the customer journey.
• Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management, developing leadership readiness, problem-solving skills, project management skills and a strong service mindset.
• Deliver Impactful Solutions: Analyze data, prepare strategic recommendations, and present a final capstone project that addresses real business challenges.
• Continuous Growth: Actively engage in assigned training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to accelerate professional development.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.

Programme Features:

The 24-month journey includes rotational assignments across key functions, such as:

• Integrated Service Centre (ISC)
• Customer Experience
• Line Service Operations
• Selected Corporate Support Functions
• Final Project / Host Department Assignment

Note: The actual rotation sequence, duration and assignments will be tailored to business requirements and individual development progress.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Aviation, Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, Logistics, Human Resources, Communications or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years’ working experience are welcome.
• The Innovator’s Mindset: A fast learner who is highly adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate about leveraging new ideas to improve business processes.
• Aviation Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for the aviation industry, airport operations, and a dedication to delivering premium, customer-centric experiences.
• Communication Pro: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong team player. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua would be a distinct advantage.
• Resilient & Flexible: Able to thrive in a dynamic, shift-based airport operational environment, including weekends and public holidays where required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing, comfortable with modern digital tools, and eager to explore how technology can enhance operations.
