We are actively hiring and training the right individual for our Car Key Sales Management Trainee role in Chicago. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed for candidates who are eager to learn technical skills, grow in a fast-paced industry, and step into a long-term leadership path.

Included Locations: North Riverside, Melrose Park, Niles, Chicago, and the surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and key fobs
• Troubleshoot and resolve key-related issues
• Deliver exceptional customer service and apply proven sales techniques
• Accurately enter customer and sales data into partner systems
• Manage inventory and keep detailed service records
• Work independently across multiple Chicago-area retail store locations

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to and from the included locations (see above)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and getting in/out of vehicles
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Interest in career development and leadership training
