Organization- Grand Hyatt Shenzhen Summary We are looking for Management Trainee-Rooms Position Overview： This 12-month structured management trainee program is designed to cultivate future Rooms.leadership talents. The trainee will complete rotational attachments across all hotel departments.including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B, HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing,Engineering, Spa and Security.Under the guidance of the assigned mentor and department heads, the trainee will systematically learn hotel full-operation knowledge, front-line daily workflows, departmental administration,financial control, guest experience management and team supervision. Upon programmed completion, the trainee will be competent for junior management positions within Rooms Division with comprehensive hotel operation awareness and Hyatt brand operation capabilities.

Job Requirements： Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel and Hyatt International.Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and understand and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
