Are you ambitious, analytical, and ready to take on a role beyond the typical desk job?

We are looking for a Management Trainee – Sales Performance & Operations to work closely with our Sales Management team in driving sales performance, people development and operational excellence across our roadshow business.

This is a hands-on management development role where you will gain exposure to sales leadership, performance management, coaching, business operations and data analysis, with opportunities to progress into future leadership positions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Track and analyse sales performance and KPIs
• Conduct 1-to-1 coaching and performance reviews with sales staff
• Identify performance gaps and follow up on improvement plans
• Prepare reports and insights for management
• Visit roadshow locations to review ground operations
• Work closely with Sales Managers, Team Leaders and Quality Assurance
• Recommend ways to improve sales productivity and operations
• Support management projects and business initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Confident communicator with leadership potential
• Comfortable working with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Comfortable travelling between roadshow locations
• Flexible to support weekends and public holidays when required
