Position Overview

We are offering an elite, fast-track Management Trainee opportunity for an ambitious Civil/Structural Engineering graduate or junior engineer who wants to transition from technical execution into corporate management and product innovation.

Reporting directly to Executive Leadership, you will step onto a structured career track designed to groom future operational leaders. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering, factory prototyping, raw material commercialization, and executive decision-making.

Key Learning & Operational Scope

1. Product Development & Structural Prototyping

• Work alongside executive leadership to take new product concepts from initial structural CAD/blueprint stage to physical factory prototyping.
• Analyze material densities, structural geometry, and load/weight expectations to optimize product strength while driving down production costs.
• Act as the primary technical coordinator between the Director’s office and factory floor supervisors to ensure prototype builds match technical specifications.

2. Operations & Project Management

• Track the step-by-step lifecycle of new product lines
• Conduct floor and site reviews to verify progress, investigate technical bottlenecks, and ensure operational quality.
• Assist in evaluating raw material vendor proposals, progress claims, and procurement logistics.

3. Executive Governance & Strategy

• Attend high-level management, product strategy, and commercial meetings alongside leadership.
• Prepare precise, action-oriented meeting summaries and manage cross-departmental follow-ups.
• Undergo rotation across key business functions—including procurement, production scheduling, and product commercialization—to build complete business acumen.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Experience: Fresh graduates with proven leadership traits or junior engineers (1–3 years) seeking a pivot into management.

• Mindset: Fast learner with strong numerical literacy, exceptional problem-solving drive, and a long-term goal of becoming a General Manager or Operations Director.
