About the role
You will begin your journey by mastering the core "building blocks" of warehouse operations. This hands-on approach ensures that when you move into management, you fully understand the challenges and workflows of the entire team.
Key responsibilities
- Perform hands-on warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and sorting to understand the physical flow of goods
- Learn and operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory accuracy, track shipments, and generate operational reports
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock-take activities to ensure inventory precision
- Assist in coordinating daily inbound and outbound activities to meet strict delivery timelines
- Assist Senior Management in identifying process gaps and implementing efficiency improvements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with Sentina Logistics' standards
About you
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
