About the role

A 24-month structured development programme designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience, regional exposure, mentorship and accelerated career growth. Gain hands-on experience across manufacturing and business operations throughout Southeast Asia. Participate in an accelerated and structured programme designed to prepare future leadership roles. Develop technical, operational, leadership, and business skills through practical learning and cross-functional exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across key functions and business units in different locations through 12-month rotation assignments
• Take on a specific role, lead projects and build expertise for the future through a 12-month individual development plan
• Participate in orientation to understand Top Form Group culture and the programme
• Develop capabilities required to progress into supervisory and assistant manager roles

About you

• Fresh graduates or recent graduates with a degree or diploma, preferably in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Mobile and willing to work and relocate within Southeast Asia
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about manufacturing, continuous improvement and leadership development
