Adare Manor is now accepting applications for our Aspire Management‑in‑Training (MIT) Programme in Rooms Division , a 12‑month accelerated development pathway designed to develop future leaders within our award‑winning luxury resort.

This immersive programme provides high‑potential candidates with hands‑on operational experience , structured leadership development , and direct exposure to senior management across our Rooms Division operations.

Programme Overview Duration: 12 months

Department: Rooms Division

Location: Adare Manor, Co. Limerick

Participants will complete structured rotations across the Rooms Division, supported by:

• Leadership and management training
• One‑to‑one mentoring
• Regular development check‑ins and performance reviews

What You'll Gain
