The Manager 1, Production Management is responsible for leading and managing all production activities for an assigned production floor and new production line. This role ensures production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, cost objectives, and delivery commitments are achieved while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. The position leads cross-functional coordination, workforce management, and process optimization to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Specifics Include:

• Manage individual projects, applying advanced knowledge to achieve objectives
• Conduct independent research and thought leadership activities to optimize project outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project performance and drive project successAll associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a production environment, including managerial experiences
• Strong English communication skills, as the role will involve reporting to the SLT
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or Science (Mathematics, Chemistry, etc.)
• Strong understanding of investigation tools and principles, including problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis approaches
• Experience in planning, execution, and performance evaluation
• Proven experience in managing, coaching, and developing people
