Lead and develop a team of Financial Advisors while building and growing your own business. As a Unit Manager, you will recruit and coach advisors, drive team performance, develop client relationships, and help individuals achieve their financial goals.

- Lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Monitor sales and team performance
