Job Summary

The Manager - Accounts & Finance will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, banking, taxation, payroll, budgeting, and vessel disbursement accounts while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and reconciliations.
• Oversee PDAs, FDAs, and vessel-related financial settlements.
• Ensure compliance with FBR, SRB, EOBI, SESSI, and tax regulations.
• Supervise payroll processing and employee-related financial obligations.
• Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage audits, financial controls, and regulatory correspondence.
• Oversee vendor payments, fixed assets, and insurance matters.
• Lead and develop the Accounts & Finance team.

Qualification & Experience

• CA (Inter), ACCA, CMA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of relevant Accounts & Finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting, and auditing.
• Shipping, logistics, or maritime industry experience preferred.
