Location: Gurgaon (Corporate Office)
Industry: Steel Pipe Manufacturing
Qualification: CA / ICWA (CMA)
Experience: 10–15 Years
ERP: Oracle Fusion (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and financial statements.
• Manage monthly/year-end closing, general ledger, reconciliations, provisions, and accruals.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial analysis for management.
• Handle fixed assets, inter-company accounting, and corporate accounting activities.
• Drive process improvements and ensure effective utilization of Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team while ensuring strong internal controls.

Desired Profile:

• CA / ICWA (CMA) with 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably steel/pipe industry.
• Strong expertise in Balance Sheet finalization, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and Oracle Fusion.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
