MANAGER ACCOUNTS

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee plant-level accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledgers, reconciliations, and cost accounting.
• Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, monthly financial statements, and cost sheets.
• Manage vendor payments, payroll, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and SCM teams for cost control and budget adherence.
• Supervise internal audits, statutory audits, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, and inventory valuation.
• Lead the accounts team at the plant, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification: B.Com or CA Inter.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounts, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of costing, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Compensation

• Competitive salary package aligned with industry standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
