Manager Accounts

Cent Bank Home Finance Ltd. invites applications from qualified Chartered Accountants for the position of Manager Accounts at its Corporate Office in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities, preparing and finalising financial statements, and ensuring compliance with RBI reporting requirements, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and applicable statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare and finalise financial statements as per the prescribed RBI format.
• Prepare and finalise financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and statutory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper financial documentation.
• Review financial data, account balances, and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in financial reporting, reconciliation, and closure of accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial reporting and audit-related requirements.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports as per applicable guidelines.
• Support process improvements to strengthen accounting controls and reporting accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 7 years overall experience.
• Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HFCs, NBFCs, banks, financial institutions, or related organisations.
• Expertise in the preparation and finalisation of financial statements as per RBI formats and Ind AS under Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013.
• Experience in handling accounts in a Housing Finance Company (HFC) will be preferred.
• Experience in the NBFC, HFC, banking, or financial services sector will be preferred.
• Knowledge of computer applications, including Advanced Excel, is essential.
