Job Title: Manager- Admin & Infra Development

Job Description:

We are looking for Manager- Infra & Admin Development to manage building agreements, landlord coordination, infrastructure maintenance, and civil drafting activities for our company’s branches and offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain building rental agreements, lease documents, and landlord records.
• Coordinate with landlords regarding rent, renewals, repairs, and building-related issues.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings, building plans,estimations and layouts as required.
• Monitor infrastructure maintenance and renovation activities across branches.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for construction, renovation, and maintenance works.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for infrastructure-related activities.
• Conduct site visits to inspect building conditions and assess maintenance requirements.
• Maintain records of building expenses, maintenance works, and infrastructure documents.
• Verification of bill as per work order issued.

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred.

Required Skills: AutoCAD, estimation,building documentation, infrastructure, landlord and vendor management.

Salary:35,000-40,000 per month.
