Job Description

Transfo Tech Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced and responsible Manager Administration to oversee the daily administrative operations of its factory and office in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall factory and office administration.
• Supervise security guards, housekeeping staff, drivers, office boys, and support staff.
• Oversee building maintenance, utilities, vehicles, lifts, and office equipment.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, staff discipline, and coordination with HR.
• Manage office supplies, stationery, company assets, and administrative inventory.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control (QC), After Sales, Stores, and Finance departments.
• Ensure workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor administrative expenses and prepare monthly reports for management.
• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day administrative operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of relevant administrative management experience.
• Experience in factory or industrial administration will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff supervision skills.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
