Manager Advanced Analytics Architecture

What We Offer The Manager Advanced Analytics Development provides strategic and operational leadership for a team of Solution Architects (Technical Leads) responsible for the design, governance, stability, and evolution of the Enterprise Analytics Ecosystem. This leader is accountable for establishing a scalable, secure, and maintainable analytics architecture that enables the organization to deliver high-value analytics products and services while aligning with Enterprise Architecture standards, data governance policies, and business objectives.

The Manager serves as the bridge between business strategy, analytics delivery teams, platform engineering, enterprise architecture, and executive leadership. This role ensures that technical solutions, platforms, and processes support current and future analytical needs while driving standardization, operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Success in this role requires strong technical leadership, exceptional communication and relationship management skills, and the ability to lead teams within a complex healthcare data ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with execution excellence and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

This is a Remote Position What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and oversight for analytics architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, technology standards, and business objectives.
• Lead the design, governance, and evolution of scalable BI, data, and analytics platforms across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Manage and develop a team of Solution Architects (Technical Leads), fostering technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, data governance practices, security controls, and development best practices.
• Oversee analytics platform stability, performance, reliability, and operational support across the enterprise.
• Partner with business, analytics, engineering, and enterprise architecture teams to deliver high-value analytics products and services.

What We're Looking For

• Education:

• Bachelors Degree, required.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems, Business administration or Health Administration Informatics. In Lieu of Degree, equivalent combination of relevant education and experience of 8 or more years will be considered.

• Graduate Degree, preferred.

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration or Health Administration Informatics

• Experience:

• Minimum eight years of Information Technology (IT) experience in Analytics Solutions or Software Development Experience and Agile Development, required.

• Minimum five years of Self-Service Analytics Experience such as Microsoft, SAP, Tableau, Qlik,required.

• Minimum three years designing and developing solutions across multiple cloud platforms, development frameworks, and operating systems, preferred.

• Epic experience, preferred
