Manager, AFC Program Management | Remote, USA

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, AFC Program Management to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will guide program management efforts that support service delivery, operational planning, and continuous improvement across a client-facing team. The manager will partner closely with service leaders and customers to strengthen reporting, satisfaction, staffing, and onboarding outcomes. This position calls for a strong mix of business acumen, technical understanding, and leadership experience in professional services environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and strategic planning for the team
• Engage with clients on reporting and service satisfaction
• Collaborate with managed service leaders on organizational advancement
• Drive KPI measurement and process improvement
• Oversee staffing processes, including recruitment and development
• Foster an educational environment for team advancement
• Ensure timely delivery of client onboarding projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; Master's preferred
• 8+ years in professional services
• 8+ years leading customer service-oriented teams
• 8+ years of experience in managed services
• Experience in professional services sales and client service delivery
• Strong business acumen and technical understanding
• Proficiency with reporting platforms and analytical skills
