Manager, App Management & Mobile

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the management, support, and lifecycle governance of enterprise applications and mobile platforms across the organization.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable application and mobility solutions.

• Oversee application performance, availability, security, and compliance with internal IT and regulatory standards.

• Manage vendor relationships, including service providers and technology partners, to ensure delivery against SLAs and cost targets. • Lead and develop a team of IT professionals, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including modernization, automation, and adoption of best practices in application and mobile management.

• Ensure effective incident, problem, and change management processes are followed to minimize business disruption.

• Collaborate with global IT, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to align solutions with enterprise strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of relevant IT experience, including enterprise applications and/or mobile technology environments.

• Prior experience leading or managing teams and/or external vendors.

• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, IT service management, and operational support models.

• Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders in a global organization.

• Solid problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
