Document Requirements for New Features, data capture, process functions and reports

Also document User Stories, Business Requirements and solution approaches

Should be able to train Users on functional application and develop test scripts

Manages the monitoring of availability, performance and capacity of the application and its usage

Proven ability to work with stakeholders and business sponsors and gain consensus and agreements

Responsible for compliance with banks internal security policies and external regulatory guidelines

Strong Verbal and Written communicator, able to speak with the business experts and understand the loan management requirements

Good team player and should be able to work across multiple groups and should be able to work in demanding environment

Well organized and consistently delivers on commitments

Hands on writing test Cases, test scripts and involved in functional testing, User Acceptance Testing
