Role & responsibilities :

Requirements Summary

Bachelors degree in Architecture or master’s in architecture.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience out of which recent experience with Large scale Residential /commercial Projects handled in Architectural firm or Real Estate Industry.

Job Role Includes:

• Evaluation of designs sent by various consultants
• Preparation and co-ordination of approval drawings
• Project coordination with domestic and international design consultants/architects.
• Manage timely deliverables to project management/ execution team
• Co-ordination of drawings and information flow
• Co-ordination for landscape and Infra of the project
• Co-ordination for Interior finishing of the Project for implementation of design details and quality while close monitoring and analysing the work progress to achieve the timelines.
• Preparation of design brief
• Test fits for the Project as per brief receive
