Manager - Architecture

ROLE PURPOSE

The Manager Architecture will lead architectural planning, consultant coordination, design strategy and execution

support for large-scale residential developments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Architectural Planning & Design

• Lead architectural planning and project design management.
• Drive design strategy and execution support across large-scale residential developments.

Consultant & Execution Coordination

• Drive coordination between consultants and execution teams.
• Ensure alignment of architectural requirements with project execution.

Design Quality, Compliance & Delivery

• Ensure quality, compliance and timely delivery of design packages.
• Monitor project risks related to design and approvals.

Management Support

• Support management in strategic project decisions.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and project objectives.

Team & Multi-project Management

• Manage multiple projects and design teams simultaneously.
• Build effective coordination and accountability across design teams.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelors / Masters Degree in Architecture.
• 12-15 years of experience in large-scale developments.
• Strong leadership and project management expertise.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and approvals.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
