About the role

Join Standard Chartered and play a key role in leading Asset Servicing and Corporate Actions operations in Thailand. You'll drive operational excellence, strengthen risk and control standards, and lead a high-performing team while partnering with clients, regulators, depositories, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Asset Servicing and Corporate Actions operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of client entitlements and custody activities.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Manage operational risk, controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Partner with clients, regulators, depositories, and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

Asset Servicing & Financial Markets Expertise

• Experience in Asset Servicing, Custody, Corporate Actions, Securities Services, or Investment Operations.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, custody operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of operational processes within the financial services industry.

Leadership, Risk & Operational Excellence

• Proven experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Strong risk management, governance, and control mindset.
• Ability to identify process improvements and implement sustainable solutions.
• Experience managing stakeholders across business, operations, and support functions.

Communication & Relationship Management

• Strong client service orientation with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional proficiency in both Thai and English, spoken and written.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to influence and build strong partnerships.
