Manager / Assistant Manager, Creative Services (Copy-based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute innovative, tailor-made creative campaigns that align perfectly with clients' marketing objectives and end-user needs.
• Multimedia Project Management: Oversee end-to-end projects across a diverse range of mediums, focusing heavily on video content, as well as digital content, articles, animation, and events.
• Video Directing & Production: Lead video initiatives, work closely with production crews, and step in as a Video Director on set when required.
• Compelling Storytelling & Pitching: Craft engaging narratives and prepare persuasive, high-quality presentations and proposals to win client pitches and tenders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with art directors, content teams, and business units to translate market insights into actionable, brilliant creative concepts.
• General Duties: Perform other ad-hoc creative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Film Studies, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia, or related disciplines.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. A solid background in advertising agencies, the media industry, or direct video production is highly preferred.
• Core Skills: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, backed by a proven track record of successful client pitches.
• Business Acumen: Strong interpersonal and project management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Working Style: Flexible, highly adaptable to fast-paced environments, and able to consistently meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Bonus Qualifications: Hands-on experience as a Content Creator or in media reporting will be considered a strong advantage.
