Manager / Assistant Manager - Project

Job Responsibility:

• Manages all project activities to ensure compliance with the project specifications, drawings, plans, works program, schedules, QA/QC, safety and specific requirements as well as to achieve timely completion of the works and within allocated budget.
• Manages the workflow of all staff involved in the project team including contracts, purchasing, logistics, construction, project administrative staff, engages and manages specialist consultants as required.
• Prepares and monitors the master program, procurement and trade letting schedule and monitors the Construction Managers progress against the critical path.
• Obtain all necessary statutory approvals and certifications from relevant authorities.
• Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, relevant required documentations and presentations.
• Conducts project post-mortems and creates a recommendations report in order to identify the successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Requires to visit site to resolve site issues.
• To manage the team of consultants, contractors in periodic meeting, workshop and discussion.
• To be competence in Building Contract within its liability, rights and implementation method.

Job Requirement:

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is typically required.
• At least 6 years working experience in related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Delegating tasks – Ability to delegate project work and assign various aspects of it to the appropriate parties.
4. Organizing work efficiently – Organize and coordinate activities in such a way as to ensure that everyone involved in the project understands what is expected of them.
5. Think analytically – Having strong analytical skills in order to make sense of information and find solutions and suggest possible courses of action.
