Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts
• Lead staff training and development to uphold service standards and food safety protocols
• Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to meet quality and safety standards
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing
• Monitor shift performance, manage staff schedules, and handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism
• Conduct regular team meetings to motivate staff, review performance, and promote a positive work environment

Requirements

• Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management
• Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate staff
• Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis in a hospitality setting
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
• Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and reporting purposes
• Previous experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles is highly desirable

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
