Manager, Audience Operations Analyst

We’re looking for a Manager of Audience Operations Analyst to support media operations and help drive audience-focused initiatives through strong analysis, organization, and cross-functional coordination. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data and process into clear action while supporting a fast-moving team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support audience operations activities by organizing requests, tracking deliverables, and helping keep projects moving efficiently.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure audience-related work is aligned with business needs.
• Analyze information and help identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve audience operations processes.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and communication to support accurate and timely execution.
• Coordinate across teams to help maintain smooth workflow and consistent delivery of operational tasks.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts and help strengthen overall efficiency within the team.

Skills

• Experience in operations, analysis, or a related business support role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinking and comfort working with data, reporting, or process-oriented tasks.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and support evolving business needs.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience supporting media operations or audience-related workflows.
• Familiarity with operational tracking, documentation, or reporting tools.
• Experience contributing to process improvements or workflow optimization.
