About the role

We are seeking a Manager B2B Export to join our team in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position that will play a crucial role in developing and managing our business-to-business export operations. As Manager B2B Export, you will be responsible for identifying new export opportunities, building and maintaining international client relationships, and overseeing the export process to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. This role is essential to our growth strategy and will directly contribute to expanding our market reach beyond Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business-to-business export opportunities in target markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors and partners
• Manage the entire export process, including quotations, order processing, documentation and logistics coordination
• Conduct market research to understand international demand, pricing strategies and competitive landscape
• Negotiate contracts and terms with B2B clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
• Oversee compliance with international trade regulations, export permits and customs requirements
• Monitor export performance, track sales metrics and report on progress against targets
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, finance and quality assurance to ensure successful order fulfilment
• Develop and implement export marketing strategies to promote company products and services

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in B2B export management or international business development, ideally within the trades and services sector
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, international trade documentation and customs regulations
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to build trust with international partners
• Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and develop business strategies
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with ability to communicate effectively with international clients
• Proficiency in Indonesian language
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities with attention to detail
• Experience using export management systems and CRM platforms
• Results-driven mindset with proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets
• Knowledge of international logistics, shipping and freight forwarding is advantageous
