• Requires a bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, computer science, or related field (master’s degree is preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, A.I, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience managing and/or leading analytics teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
• Experience with data ingestion & pipeline tools (FiveTran, AWS Glue, Matillion, Airbyte or similar).
• Experience with data warehousing & transformation tools (AWS S3/Redshift, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks, DBT, or similar).
• Experience with data cataloging & metadata management tools. (Qlik, Coalesce, Atlan, or similar).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, AWS Quick, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must possess excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Customer Service & interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• The ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements.
• Requires the ability to withstand interruptions to workflow while meeting deadlines.
• Must be able to organize and prioritize work, be proactive, resolve problems, follow through, and simultaneously manage multiple priorities to ensure goals are met promptly.
• Must be able to pick up system functionality quickly and be the go-to person for system issues or questions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud computing and project management concepts.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and forecasting budget expenditures.
• Must satisfactorily pass the EMC's employment physical examination and required drug screens
