- Handle variation orders, claims, extensions, and contractual correspondences ensuring company interests are protected.
- Monitor project cost, billing cycles, and ensure timely certification and payments.
- Coordinate with Projects, Finance, and Legal teams for effective contract administration and issue resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, amendments, and billing records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements.
