Manager - Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a commercially minded and strategic Business Analytics Manager to drive business performance, support executive decision-making, and identify growth opportunities across the organization.

This role serves as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing actionable insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations that influence business direction and operational priorities. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen, enabling the organization to make informed decisions that deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to drive performance management and support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze business performance, customer trends, revenue drivers, profitability, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead the development of management dashboards, executive reports, and KPI frameworks that provide meaningful insights into business performance.
• Provide commercial analysis and recommendations to support business growth initiatives, investment decisions, pricing strategies, and operational improvements.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and business performance review processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor analyses to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
• Prepare business cases and financial impact assessments for key projects and investment opportunities.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management and executive stakeholders in a concise and compelling manner.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and IT teams to enhance reporting capabilities and business intelligence solutions.
• Drive a data-driven culture by promoting fact-based decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Lead, coach, and develop analytics team members while building strong business partnering capabilities within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, business planning, FP&A, management consulting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of team leadership or people management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into business opportunities and strategic recommendations.
• Proven experience supporting senior management with business performance analysis and decision-making.
• Strong experience in KPI management, forecasting, performance reporting, and business planning.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data management concepts.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence decision-making and build strong relationships across different levels of the organization.
