Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and analytical Manager - Business Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing business performance, developing actionable insights, creating dashboards and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools. The candidate will play a key role in transforming complex data into meaningful insights, business intelligence that support strategic and operational objectives. Required Skills Strong expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting. Advanced proficiency in Advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data modelling. Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels. Experience in KPI development, performance measurement, and business reporting. Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Educational Qualification Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree (MCA, M.Tech, MS, or equivalent) is preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum 13 to 15 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related domain. Proven experience in designing and delivering analytical solutions for business stakeholders. Hands-on experience working with large and complex datasets. Experience in dashboard development, reporting automation, and performance analysis. Demonstrated ability to drive business improvements through data-driven insights. Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams is desirable. Key Responsibilities Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management review. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements. Working with Development team to support on SQL and data Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Develop and automate recurring reports to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions. Conduct root cause analysis and performance assessments to identify improvement opportunities. Monitor key business KPIs and present findings to leadership and management teams. Partner with IT, operations, finance, sales, and other departments to support data-driven initiatives. Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities through analytical models. Ensure compliance with data governance policies, standards, and best practices. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of analytics capabilities within the team. Preferred Skills (Optional) US Debt Collections Domain Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and predictive analytics. Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud-based analytics platforms. Understanding of machine learning concepts and predictive modelling techniques. Experience with Agile project methodologies. Exposure to process improvement initiatives and business transformation projects. Relevant certifications in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
