• Manager - Business Analytics We are seeking an experienced Manager of Business Analytics to lead our analytics initiatives in Hyderabad.
• The role involves overseeing data analysis, developing dashboards, driving performance analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
• The successful candidate will bring 8 to 15 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, and performance measurement, and will be responsible for translating complex data into clear, visual dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
• Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of business analysts and data analysts to deliver high-quality insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools for key stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all analytics projects.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
• Requirements 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in business analysis, business analytics, and data analytics.
• Strong expertise in data analysis & visualization, dashboards, dashboarding, and performance analytics.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
