Manager - Business Development & Client Relations

Role & responsibilities :

1. Connecting with prospective clients for new business opportunities.
2. Briefing about the services offered by the organization to the clients.
3. Understand the client requirements and Coordinate with delivery team to have a seamless transaction.
4. Scheduling business meetings with the prospective clients and arrange for vendor empanelment.
5. Communicate effectively and negotiate with the clients to close the deal.
6. Liaising with the account delivery team to ensure timely closure of the open requirements.
7. Ensuring the client requirements are met by the recruitment team.
8. Timely and regular follow up with existing stakeholders to get the CSAT and ensure better delivery.
9. Maintain cordial relationships with current and prospective clients.
10. Managing client escalations with regards to delivery.

Preferred candidate profile :

Candidates must have at least three years of experience in the recruitment industry, specifically in a Business Development or New Client Acquisition role.

Multilingual candidates who speak Tamil and Telugu are preferred.

Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
