Manager - Business Development

Job Summary

Alphareach Technologies is hiring experienced Business Development professionals for senior-level positions in BPO Sales and Business Development. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BPO/outsourcing sales, client acquisition, revenue generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle domestic and international clients.
• Achieve revenue and business development targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BPO Sales / Business Development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of the BPO/outsourcing industry.
• Ability to manage senior-level clients and achieve business targets.
