Operational
Implement the annual operating plan for the sales of the specific zone
Understand the regional characteristics & trends in the Healthcare and formulate strategies to effectively approach
and achieve the referrals from OBG specialists
- Oversee the BD executives in approaching the targeted number of OB-GYN specialists and directly meet important OBG
specialists to establish the initial rapport
- Follow-up with the newly generated leads/ newly approached OB-GYN specialists and persuade them for a tie-up with
NOVA in referring the patients to NOVA
- Drive the engagement of referral OBG specialists/ Doctors in the zone, address their grievances and ensure referral
bonus is paid in-time by coordinating with Finance team
- Maintain center level sales statistics and regularly updating the same
