Manager - Business Development

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in B2B, B2C, or Education Sales. Experience in the education/training industry as a Sales or Marketing Executive will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools, coaching institutes, and other potential partners to generate student admissions through field marketing activities.
• Acquire new leads and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM portal.
• Promote and explain educational courses, highlighting their features and benefits to prospective students and parents.
• Build and maintain relationships through school and coaching institute tie-ups.
• Conduct educational seminars and counselling sessions to drive admissions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and admission targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Desired Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Bengali is mandatory.
• Strong field sales, marketing, and counselling abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to travel locally for field visits

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
