Manager - Business Development

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Market Development

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to drive growth in the ETP/ZLD/Recycling plant segment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming government projects to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings.

Client Acquisition & Stakeholder Management

• Identify, pursue, and secure projects across private sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Bidding & Project Acquisition

• Lead the complete bidding cycle: lead generation, pre-qualification, technical-commercial discussions, negotiations, and order finalization.
• Coordinate with process, proposals, estimation, and project teams to prepare technical proposals and competitive bids.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Chemical / Environmental) preferred.
• MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 15**+ years** of experience in Marketing / Business Development within ETP/ZLD/Recycling plant industry.
• Proven track record in business development, government liaison, and project acquisition in the water and wastewater sector.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
