Qualification: - MBA

Work Location: - Chinchwad, Pune.

Experience: - 5 – 8 Years (Relevant experience in Real Estate)

Roles and Responsibility:-

• Develop and achieve sales and marketing targets.
• Develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and poultry farm networks.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor market demand and competitor activities.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, meetings, exhibitions, and product campaigns.
• Handle customer queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing roadmaps aligned with revenue targets, market dynamics, and product lifecycle stages.
• Build automated workflows for lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and handoff to ensure pipeline visibility and marketing–sales alignment.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to the sales team.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market reports.
• Provide market feedback and business development recommendations to senior management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
